Due to strong growth and internationalization of our Dingemans companies in Kaatsheuvel, we’d like to expand our team with several machine operators at different business units.

Our production departments are evolving toward professional operations management. In this regard, we focus on actual problem analysis, prioritizing the continuous improvement of performance. In terms of safety, quality, flexibility and efficiency. As a machine operator, you play a central role in this development.

Your duties as a machine operator

Are you joining Dingemans as a machine operator? Then your tasks are very varied. We’ll list them.

  • You will be responsible for setting, adjusting and converting various production lines.
  • In case of deviations in the process, you take the lead in a structural way in order to find the cause.
  • You actively contribute in improving our processes together with our engineering team.
  • You will resolve machine malfunctions and contribute to maintenance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Working safely is always your first priority.
  • You have communication skills, working effectively with people who speak different languages.
  • You have completed your VAPRO-A training or equivalent level.
