Logistic Manager

Your role

As a Logistics Manager you are the pivot in our logistics process. You manage a team and ensure that warehouse, distribution, transport and planning run smoothly and efficiently. You are a cooperative manager: strategic when necessary, hands-on when necessary. Together with colleagues from production and sales, you ensure a streamlined operation and optimal customer satisfaction.

Your duties as a logistic manager

  • Leadership & coaching: You build a strong and efficient logistics team.
  • Planning & coordination: You optimize transport, stock and production planning.
  • Process optimization: You analyze and improve logistics processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Data & strategy: You monitor KPIs and translate insights into improvement actions.

What we’re looking for:

  • HBO working and thinking level and extensive experience in logistics management.
  • Experience within the transport or manufacturing industry.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a logistics environment.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for improvement opportunities.
  • An energetic and proactive personality who brings structure.
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems (advantage).
  • Good command of Dutch; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
