As Head of Internal Sales, will you help build commercial success?

Your role

As Head of Internal Sales, you play a key role in our commercial success. You lead and motivate the office team, optimize work processes and ensure smooth cooperation with field service, logistics and planning. You are not only a strategic thinker, but also a doer who actively contributes to the sales process.

Your duties as head of internal sales

  • Leadership & coaching: You build a strong, professional and close-knit team.
  • Manage customer relationships: You maintain and expand relationships and spot commercial opportunities.
  • Process optimization: You improve internal processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analysis & reporting: You translate data into improvement actions and advise the management.

What we’re looking for:

  • A commercial HBO education and/or experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership qualities and strong organizational skills.
  • Affinity with the construction sector and knowledge of distribution channels (advantage).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Synergy is a plus).
  • Proficiency in German and/or French (advantage).
